Improve Service, IPC Apply Six Digital Features
To improve customer satisfaction, loyalty & IPC continues to renew the strategy management system improves & customer interaction. On July 31, 2018, IPC enable application features 6 digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the entire branch office, including IPC Palembang branch.
The sixth of these features are:
- Master Data Customer
- Customer Profiling
- Customer Service
- Customer Visit Management
- Customer Survey
Updates the CRM enhancement now entering & phase 3, where the offices of two subsidiaries & IPC (PT. Tanjung Priok & PT. IPC Container Terminal) apply to digital applications feature-six.
The application of CRM is also a real step up the IPC’s commitment to continue to improve its capabilities as a digital port. (BR)
