The sixth of these features are:

- Customer Profiling
- Customer Service
- Customer Visit Management
- Customer Survey
Updates the CRM enhancement now entering & phase 3, where the offices of two subsidiaries & IPC (PT. Tanjung Priok & PT. IPC Container Terminal) apply to digital applications feature-six.
The application of CRM is also a real step up the IPC’s commitment to continue to improve its capabilities as a digital port. (BR)
